Services I Offer

anne again

Hey, Hi. Greetings. Buenos Dias. Gutentag. Salutations. Wassup.

You’re here.

Bloody hell, took you long enough – but I’m thrilled you found me.

I won’t waste your time.

Let’s get real: If you stumbled onto my page, you’re seeking something – perhaps, a friend. Perhaps, insight. Perhaps, the answer to the question:

“Am I or is my child/friend/lover ‘sick enough’ to have an eating disorder?”

Unless you’re searching ‘unshaven women’ (Google loves to remind me that fetish porn searches are a way people find my blog), my guess is that you’ve landed here in secret, hoping someone will shed some authentic advice into the tricky world of eating disorders – and you’re tired of scanning motivational quotes and broad ‘success stories’ that seem a little ‘too successful’ to be real.

Whether you’re looking for nitty gritty signs of an eating disorder or wondering what treatment is like (Orange is the New Black, rehab-style, I tend to say) – the purpose of this space is to lend a credible voice to your search.

I like to think I’m the friend you never knew you wanted – and you’re likely the friend I didn’t know I needed. So, let’s talk.

I am not an expert of eating disorders – but I write research articles with people who are. I am not a healer of eating disorders – but I know how to spot them, and get you headed in a better direction that whatever you’re doing now. I am not cured of eating disorders – but I have them, and I live flexibly okay in spite of that, even happy.

If you wanna start with something easy – if you’re all like “Hmm … I don’t know how I feel about this Lindsey chick. Seems a little “too cool for school” to have had an eating disorder,” feel free to read through this blog.

If my voice fits your style, I’d love to talk with you.

Services I offer run the course of recovery. If you want to start a blog of your own recovery, I can assist with content creation. If you want to speak to someone who “gets it” but doesn’t charge you up the wazoo, I’m your girl.

I offer the following services:

  • Skype or Phone Sessions (30 minutes or 1 hour)
    • Initial Intake: Free
    • Individual Sessions: $60
  • Speaking Engagements
    • Workshop: $750
